1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of BizCol (the “Platform”), operated by IdeazShuttle LLC. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms.
2. The service
BizCol is a marketplace that connects businesses with independent consultants. We facilitate discovery, requests, appointments, messaging, and reviews. We are not a party to any engagement agreed between a business and a consultant.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- Consultants must complete profile verification before being listed publicly.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
5. Engagements, payments, and reviews
The first consultation request is free. Engagement terms are agreed directly between the business and the consultant. Reviews must reflect genuine, completed engagements and may be moderated for policy compliance.
6. Intellectual property
The BizCol name, logo, and Platform are owned by IdeazShuttle LLC. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a licence to display it as needed to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. See our Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of users or the outcome of any engagement.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. See our Force Majeure statement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
