Step-by-step guides for getting the most from BizCol.

Getting started

  1. Create a free account from “Sign up” and choose your role (business or consultant).
  2. Verify your email address using the link we send you.
  3. Log in — you will land on your role’s dashboard.

Business guide

  1. Complete your company profile (save-and-resume is supported) and add your business challenges.
  2. Search the marketplace and filter by category, industry, skill, language, and country.
  3. Shortlist consultants and compare them, then send a free consultation request.
  4. When a consultant accepts, request an appointment and exchange messages.
  5. After a completed appointment, leave a review to help others.

Consultant guide

  1. Build your profile: headline, bio, experience, primary category, region, and availability.
  2. Add up to ten services, plus skills, industries, languages, certifications, and portfolio items.
  3. Reach 100% completeness and submit your profile for review.
  4. Once an administrator approves you, you appear in marketplace search.
  5. Respond to consultation requests, confirm appointments, message clients, and complete engagements.

Administrator guide

  1. Review the verification queue and approve or reject consultant profiles with reasons.
  2. Manage users: search and filter, suspend or reactivate, and change roles.
  3. Maintain taxonomy: categories, industries, skills, languages, and countries.
  4. Moderate reviews by hiding or restoring them where required.
