Getting started
- Create a free account from “Sign up” and choose your role (business or consultant).
- Verify your email address using the link we send you.
- Log in — you will land on your role’s dashboard.
Business guide
- Complete your company profile (save-and-resume is supported) and add your business challenges.
- Search the marketplace and filter by category, industry, skill, language, and country.
- Shortlist consultants and compare them, then send a free consultation request.
- When a consultant accepts, request an appointment and exchange messages.
- After a completed appointment, leave a review to help others.
Consultant guide
- Build your profile: headline, bio, experience, primary category, region, and availability.
- Add up to ten services, plus skills, industries, languages, certifications, and portfolio items.
- Reach 100% completeness and submit your profile for review.
- Once an administrator approves you, you appear in marketplace search.
- Respond to consultation requests, confirm appointments, message clients, and complete engagements.
Administrator guide
- Review the verification queue and approve or reject consultant profiles with reasons.
- Manage users: search and filter, suspend or reactivate, and change roles.
- Maintain taxonomy: categories, industries, skills, languages, and countries.
- Moderate reviews by hiding or restoring them where required.
